Before opening a product

Check the product number and compatibility. If anything looks wrong, keep the item and packaging intact and contact Anthony before opening it.

Report a problem

Email your order reference, product number, printer model and a description of the issue. Add photos if helpful. Contact Camrho before sending anything back.

Confirm your return terms

The return window, opened-item eligibility, return shipping costs and any product warranty must be confirmed in your quote. No additional fixed warranty or return period is promised on this page.

Product subtotal

Montreal addresses only. Submit before noon, Montreal time. Stock, address and delivery capacity must be confirmed.

Repeat orders require an account. The displayed product subtotal includes your 5% recurring discount when a repeat frequency is selected. Each delivery and payment is confirmed with you. No automatic purchases or charges.

Online payment is not connected yet. This is a quote request, not a completed purchase. Camrho will confirm the total and payment arrangements.

Privacy

Your requests, account details and order history are stored by Camrho so Anthony can handle your orders and inquiries. Basket and display preferences stay in your browser. Direct email, calls and texts use the contact channels you select. Do not send card details. Camrho accounts use email and password, protected by Supabase authentication.
